Horse riding and jumping

The Bay Area's premier equine enthusiasts.

Program

Developed and refined over 25 years, the Rose Hill Training Program institutes a goal-oriented philosophy into a core program of training not only the rider, but also the horse. Our training program is focused on creating a team with both the horse and rider by developing and achieving set objectives.

Here, we function as a team to create camaraderie, fostering a supportive group of Rose Hill riders that forge strong bonds with each other—just like horses do with one another. This spirit of friendship creates lifelong connections that allow riders and horses to work effectively, and happily, together.

The core components of our training program include:

  • Weekly group or private lessons based on riding level, with a variety of daily options every week to fit your schedule
  • Weekly training rides
  • Custom feeding program
  • Distribution of all medication and organization of all appointments for medical, vet, dentist, bodywork, specialty therapy and farriers.
  • Regular clipping and mane upkeep

Additional Offerings:

  • Recovery care, including customized layup program, basic body care, water therapy, icing, hand-walking, turnout, EuroXciser, and 20-minute recovery rides under saddle
  • Retirement program

Rose Hill Stables also proudly offers:

  • Participation in the California State Horsemen's Association (CSHA), providing equestrians with quality, family-oriented amateur events, educational programs and recreational activities for all equine breeds and disciplines
